At Scoil Naomh Feichín, we are committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive and stimulating environment where every child can learn, play and thrive.
Our school provides a range of facilities and learning spaces designed to support the academic, social, emotional, physical and creative development of our pupils.
Learning Spaces
Our school has bright, welcoming classrooms and dedicated spaces to support whole-class teaching, small-group learning and individualised support. We also provide specialist spaces for Special Education Teaching and English as an Additional Language.
Inclusion & Wellbeing
We are proud of our commitment to inclusion. Our school has two special classes for pupils with Autism (ASD), supported by dedicated teachers and SNAs. We also provide nurturing and sensory opportunities to help pupils feel safe, regulated and ready to learn.
Sport & Physical Activity
Physical activity is an important part of life at Scoil Naomh Feichín. Our pupils have opportunities to participate in Gaelic football, hurling, soccer, athletics and a range of other sporting activities throughout the year.
Our outdoor spaces provide opportunities for active play, recreation and outdoor learning.
Digital Learning
Technology is integrated throughout the school to enhance teaching and learning. Pupils have opportunities to develop their digital skills through classroom activities, creative projects, coding and other digital learning experiences.
Creativity, Music & the Arts
We encourage children to explore their creativity through Visual Arts, Music, Drama and performance. Our pupils also have opportunities to participate in music, choir and other creative activities.
Reading & Learning
We aim to foster a love of reading and provide pupils with access to a range of age-appropriate books and learning resources throughout the school.
Outdoor Learning
Our school grounds provide valuable opportunities for children to learn and play outdoors. We are continuing to develop our outdoor environment to support active learning, wellbeing, biodiversity and connection with nature.
